Busline 23 continues to be running marked as 224 on a modified route between Boráros tér H and Szentlőrinci úti lakótelep, as follows:

• To Szentlőrinci úti lakótelep, the line runs on the route of Wesselényi utca–Orsolya utca–Pacsirta utca–Virág Benedek utca–Köves út–Újtelep út–Szent László utca and serves the Wesselényi utca/Eperjes utca, Szalárdi Mór utca, Pacsirta utca, Előd utca, Jahn Ferenc Kórház, Mesgye utca, Dinnyehegyi út and Szentlászló utca/Újtelep út stops of busline 224E and also the newly-established Szentlőrinci úti lakótelep in Szent László utca.
• To Boráros tér H, the line runs on the route of Szent László utca–Újtelep út–Köves út–Virág Benedek utca–Ábrahám Géza utca–Eperjes utca–Wesselényi utca–Ady Endre tér–Lázár utca, not serving the Ady Endre tér stop but serves the Szentlőrinci úti lakótelep, Szentlászló út/Újtelep út, Dinnyehegyi út, Maros utca, Mesgye utca, Jahn Ferenc Kórház, Előd utca, Eperjes utca, Wesselényi utca/Eperjees utca, and Ady Endre tér stops of busline 224E.
